This project is a contract between Khajura Rural Municipality and M/S Paramount Construction, undertaken in Lumbini Province. It involves the construction of a steel-structured facility with a plinth area of 12,000 sq.ft. and a storage capacity of 750 metric tons (MT). The structure is primarily composed of steel framing, providing strength and durability, and is enclosed with brick walls to ensure stability and protection. The facility is designed to serve as a robust and efficient storage or utility infrastructure, contributing to the region’s development goals under the partnership of local government and private sector collaboration.
