The GOPD Complex is a prefab truss structure covering a total plinth area of 31,345 sq.ft, completed efficiently within an 11-month timeframe. The structure features a Girder Truss system with a girder depth of 18 feet 10 inches, ensuring structural stability and accommodating large open spaces. One of the key highlights of the complex is its hall capacity of 1,950 persons, making it suitable for large-scale gatherings and medical operations.

The project included several major works that contributed to its functionality and quality. AAC Brick Works were used for lightweight yet strong wall construction. Acoustic Soundproof Panel Boards were installed to minimize noise disturbances within the facility. Durable Cement Board Works added to the robustness of wall and ceiling surfaces, while UPVC Roofing provided long-lasting and low-maintenance roofing solutions. In addition to structural elements, comprehensive Electrical, Sanitary, and Finishing Works were carried out meticulously. The project was finalized with detailed Furnishing Work, ensuring the space was ready for immediate use upon completion.

This complex stands as a modern example of fast-track construction utilizing prefabricated technology, with special attention to quality, functionality, and timely delivery.
