The Emulsion Plant Nirman project, located at Sunachuri, Makwanpur, comprises the construction of a complete building and infrastructure setup for an automated emulsion plant. The core of the facility includes an RCC building with a total area of 6,198 sq.ft., designed to house critical operational components. In addition to the RCC structure, a Prefabricated Truss Structure was constructed to provide flexible covered space. The project also incorporated Aerobrick Wall construction for efficient insulation and lightweight durability. Major infrastructure works included road construction, stone masonry works, and the installation of UPVC doors and windows for long-term durability and ease of maintenance. A significant feature of the project is the construction of an underground water tank with a storage capacity of 700,000 liters, ensuring ample water supply for industrial operations. Additional elements such as steel doors, painting, turfing, and other finishing works were also executed to enhance the functionality and aesthetic quality of the plant. The project was delivered with a strong focus on structural quality, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
